The Young Guns Program is a nine-month intensive discipleship and leadership-training program for post-college (usually) men from around the country designed to develop well-rounded leaders who will be able to exposit the Scriptures, defend the faith both historically and theologically, and exercise a leadership role in a local vocational or non-vocational ministry.

Participants will gain a better understanding of the big picture of the Bible from both the Old and New Testaments in addition to learning Systematic Theology and Church History. Also, they will learn how to think critically and coherently on current issues in culture as well as in the Church while being involved in small group accountability and service in a ministry. In addition, graduates have the opportunity for seminary credit.
