Daily: Allot an hour for the Bible reading plan according to For the Love of God by D. A. Carson in addition to the Proverb of the day and prayer time. Twice a month: Meet in-person with 2 accountability partners separately and then follow-up (in-person or by text, email, or phone) after the initial in-person meeting to hold each other accountable to those areas discussed at the initial in-person meeting. Monthly: Memorize the verse. This month the memory verse is 2 Timothy 3:16-17. Monthly: Read the book in preparation for discussion at our group meeting. This month’s book is The Story of God by Tommy Nelson. Monthly: Meet as a group for fellowship, memory verse accountability, book discussion, and group prayer.
